Always be on the lookout for the wave of temptation that the enemy will most certainly send during your season of tests and trials. The enemy wants to confuse us and cause us to resist the test, rather than the temptation to sin during the test.
We must be aware that the test always comes from God with the purpose and intent to bring out the best in us. The enemy would do everything in the book to prevent us from passing the test, because he is quite aware that if we can pass the test, we would be promoted and elevated in strength and in power in the spirit. This is his worst nightmare!
On the flip side, the temptation to sin in the middle of our testing season comes from satan with the purpose and intent to defile us and to cause us to loose on our promotion. Don’t be tricked into assisting the devil by mummering and complaining about the test. This is sin and it will delay your advancement to your next level of power and strength. But, rather, according to James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Your victory is in your ability to resist the devil and cause him to flee. Begin walking in victory today!
