GUARD YOUR TONGUE!

Did you know that the devil will use your tongue to plant evil seeds?

STOP letting the devil use you to voice cruces, distress, frustration, doubt, fear and discontentment in your life and in the life of others! Guard your tongue and remember Proverbs 21:8. Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

This means that if you plant evil seeds of discord, violence and hatred with your tongue, that's what you will reap! But, if you plant seeds of unity, peace and love, that's what you will reap!

No one who plants a sour lemon seed can expect to eat sweet oranges from that tree. Remember what the bible says in Galatians 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. It is impossible to have peace in your life if you are constantly allowing the devi to use you to plant seeds of hatred, anger and bitterness. The devil will deceive us into thinking that we are just expressing ourselves because of what someone did to us but, we should know that every negative and ungodly word we speak against others in defense of ourselves will come right back to us. WE REAP WHAT WE SOW!

Further more, the bible tells us in 1 Peter 3:9 Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.

The devil wants to trick us into speaking a curse over our own lives with our own tongue. He wants to trick us into aborting the our blessings. The test here is whether or not we can resist the flesh and our feelings long enough to be obedient to God.

The next time the enemy tempts you to plant evil seeds into your own life and commit spiritual suicide, you must recognize him immediately and begin to resist him with the power of the word of God and not the words of your flesh. Guard your tongue! This is a battle you cannot afford to loose.

Agape!
