THANK YOU FAHTER, SON AND HOLY GHOST!
If we took the time to examine our lives, we will certainly find that there is so much to be thankful for. Far beyond its symbol of a turkey and trimmings for the day’s meal, THANKSGIVING DAY bears a greater meaning. The Pilgrims of early America took this day to thank God for their acquired right to own private land on which they could now grow and produce their own food supplies. We have so many more liberties, privileges and blessings today that were unheard of during their time.
Psalm 116:12 How can I repay the LORD for all his goodness to me? We can’t, but we can give thanks! So, I encourage you to count your blessings, name then one by one. It might surprise you to re-familiarize yourself with what The Lord has done. Psalm 105:1 O give thanks unto the LORD; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people. Take some time out today to celebrate your blessings with those you love and share some of those blessings with the less fortunate. Let someone know how good God has been to you. He truly deserves the glory!
Psalm 103:2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: I pray continued blessings, favor and prosperity upon us all today and always.
AGAPE!
