THE FRESH FIRE OF THE HOLY GHOST shall fall in the Kingdom today.  I declare and decree the UPPER ROOM experience upon those who have been waiting.  Luke 3:16 …he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:  May the Power of The Holy Ghost show up like a mighty rushing wind and fill the house as never before.  Supernatural manifestations of the glory of God, SHALL come forth in the name of Jesus, Releasing a fresh anointing to destroy yokes and shatter chains of bondage.   I declare and decree the promised release of power and the reactivation of the Gifts as never before, in the name of Jesus!  And it is so!
