JUST TRUST GOD!
We put our trust in so many things and leave God out. Many times in our distress, God is the last to be reached out to for help, when in fact, He should be the first and only one we turn to for everything. If God has ever delivered you, provided for you in a desperate situation or come through for you by any means, you should know Him to be trust worthy. Consider what He says in Psalm 3:3 Trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) in the Lord and do good; so shall you dwell in the land and feed surely on His faithfulness, and truly you shall be fed. This is a promise worth holding on to.
Remember that in our weakness, God’s strength is made perfect. We never ever have to go through anything in our lives by ourselves. God is longing for a chance to show us just what he can and will do for us and be to us. All we have to do is to cast all of our cares upon Him. If we can just trust God, no matter how difficult the situation may be and not doubt, He will work wonders in lives. He wants to heal, deliver and set us free.
The word tells us in Psalm 71:5 For You are my hope; O Lord God, You are my trust from my youth and the source of my confidence. David had been through enough in his life that it taught him how to trust in God. We should follow this example and teach it to our children.
Spend the rest of your day meditating on the scripture verses below.
And they who know Your name [who have experience and acquaintance with Your mercy] will lean on and confidently put their trust in You, for You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek (inquire of and for) You [on the authority of God's Word and the right of their necessity]. Psalm 9: 10
Offer just and right sacrifices; trust (lean on and be confident) in the Lord. Psalm 4: 5
But my eyes are toward You, O God the Lord; in You do I trust and take refuge; pour not out my life nor leave it destitute and bare. Psalm 141: 8
Our problems might be big, but OUR GOD IS SO MUCH BIGGER! There is nothing too hard for GOD! Luke 1:37For with God nothing shall be impossible!
